These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Math Panda iOS application ("Application"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
Use of the Application
The Application is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Application. All intellectual property rights in the Application remain with the Application owner.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription options are offered within the Application and are processed and managed by Apple App Store. Actual prices may vary by region and are always shown in the App Store. As of June 26, 2024, in the US region, the price is $4.99 per month and $14.99 per 6 months. All purchases and renewals are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Any disputes regarding subscriptions or payments are handled solely by the Apple App Store.
Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with various third-party services for analytics and crash reporting. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies:

- TikTok Ads/Business SDK: Terms of Service
- Firebase Crashlytics: Terms
All user identification within the Application is anonymous. No personal data is collected, stored, or shared by us directly. All data storage and processing through these services are subject to their terms and policies.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and complying with all applicable laws when using the Application.
Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The company/author only publishes and develops the Application. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Application. Any disputes related to the App Store services are with Apple App Store.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
